Welcome to Quick Money Recharge ("Quick Money", "we", "our", or "us"). This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed when using our mobile application and website.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Purpose

Quick Money is committed to providing fast and reliable digital payment and recharge services. If a transaction fails due to our system and the requested service is not successfully delivered, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved in the following situations:

• The recharge or bill payment amount was successfully debited, but the transaction ultimately failed.

• The requested service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our platform.

• A duplicate payment was made because of a system error.

• The transaction remained pending beyond the standard processing time and was later confirmed as unsuccessful.

• Any other case that Quick Money verifies as eligible after investigation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be approved if:

• The recharge or bill payment was successfully completed.

• Incorrect mobile number, DTH account, customer ID, or bill details were entered by the user.

• The transaction failed due to insufficient balance or bank/payment gateway restrictions.

• Delays or failures were caused by telecom operators, utility providers, banks, payment gateways, or other third-party service providers beyond our control.

• The user violated our Terms & Conditions or attempted fraudulent activity.

• Refund is requested after the permitted claim period.

4. Auto Refunds

Most failed transactions are automatically refunded.

Depending on the payment method used, the amount is generally credited within 1–2 business days. Some banks or payment providers may take longer.

5. Manual Refund Requests

If your refund is not received within the expected time, you may submit a refund request.

Please provide:

• Registered mobile number

• Transaction ID

• Date and time of transaction

• Payment amount

• Screenshot or proof of payment

• Brief description of the issue

You can also raise a refund request from the Transaction History section of the Quick Money application, where available.

6. Investigation Process

After receiving your request:

• Our support team will verify the transaction.

• Additional information may be requested if necessary.

• The investigation may include verification with banks, payment gateways, telecom operators, or utility providers.

• The decision made after verification shall be considered final.

7. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be credited to the original payment source whenever possible.

• Where the original payment method cannot be refunded, the amount may be credited to your Quick Money wallet or another approved method.

• Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–7 business days, although certain banks or payment providers may require additional time.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider while a refund investigation is already in progress, Quick Money reserves the right to suspend the investigation until the chargeback process has been completed.

9. Fraud Prevention

Quick Money actively monitors transactions to prevent fraud and abuse. Refund requests involving suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be rejected, and appropriate action may be taken, including suspension or termination of the user account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available within the Quick Money application and on our official website.
